social justice is a concept that kicked off in the 18th century europe , where there were rising problems of social injustice and discrimination , where those who come from penirous backgrounds were not included in the country's growth and development . it was a problem which was solved by the advocates of that time who fought for the concept called as social justice which included and batted for inclusive methods for the people and to get them into the mainstream without any further discrimination . the concept of social justice which initiated in the 18th century and was focused about the growth and development in terms of ecomic condition of the masses, saw a shift in approach and got widened to almost all aspects of life from political to social to economic to employment to growth opportunities and development aspecats

social justice is inclusiveness of all the classes in the mainstream without any injustice and discrimination . it is about providing people with equal opportunity to meet with the changing dynamics of the society . and it is the basis of establishing the ideal society . 


india is a nation of over a billion people who are different in classes , creed , gender and religious political inclination , for the inclusion and development of the nation withput any hurdles it is important for the founding fathers to include such provisions which provides growth without any dissemination and discrimination which in any way can hamper the growth of the great nation .


indian constitutional drafting committee included such provision in the constitution like 

1) article 14 - right to equality 

2) artice 15 - right to equal opportunity 

3) article 17 - right against exploitation 

4) article 25- right to freedom of religion 

5) article 32 - writs in the constitution 

6) article 142 - judicial review

7) article 19 - right to freedom of choice 

8) article 21 - right to freedom of life 

9) article 22-23 - right against exploitation 


indian democracy is beautiful because it provides for such provisions which make social justice prevalent in the society and the growth of people become sure . indian founding fathers had a great initiative of holding the nations pride by providing for the rights to the people .


CONCLUSION 

INDIAN DEMOCRACY IS THE LARGEST FUNCTIONING DEMOCRACY IN THE WORLD THAT TAKES UP THE SALIENT KEY ROLE TO ACHIEVE SOCIAL EQUALITY AND JUSTICE IN A VERY COMPREHENSIBLE WAY . JUSTICE IS ASSOCIATED WITH PRESUMPTION OF FAIR , TREATMENT , PROVISION OF EQUAL RIGHTS AND ACCESS TO THE SOCIAL JUSTICE . IT IS AN IMPORTANT PERIPHERAL OF WELFARE IN THE SOCIETY . INDIAN CONSTITUTION PROVIDES FOR IT IN THE PREAMBLE AND VARIED PROVISIONS SPREAD ACROSS VARIOUS ARTICLES OF THE CONSTITUTION . EXAMPLE – SOCIALIST , SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC JUSTICE . EQUALITY THAT CLEARLY MEANS THAT THE STATE HAS BEEN INVOLVED FOR A LONG TIME IN THE WELFARE OF THE PEOPLE AND STRIVE TO ESTABLISH AN EQUITABLE SOCIETY.

 Effects of Non-Registration The Companies Act, 2013 evidently highlights that the main essential for any organization to turn into a company is to get itself registered. A company cannot come into existence until it gets registered. But no such obligation has been imposed for firms by the Indian Partnership Act, 1932. If a firm is not registered it does not cease to be called as a firm, it still exists in the eyes law.
